Max to Maya Swapper. This tool used Max Script, Maya Mel, and Python to move assets back and forth between Max and Maya. This was a two button click process. 1. Export from either app, and 2. Import into other app. Autodesk eventually made this tool redundant in their 2014 product releases, with their “Send To…” tools.  The tool had a few more options i.e. exporting the entire scene or selected objects, a reimport last export from either app and also contained a back-up/history system.
